My father passed away when I was young, but I was told his mother was a full Indian woman from Virginia a tribe down in the hills my mother never pursued the idea that I was an Indian child I have high cheekbones. I have a light tint to my skin. My mother is American fluorescent white never quite fit in with the other siblings.

They showed patience answering my questions and I am sure I'll have more to come. I was happy to find solid evidence to the family stories of our connection to Native Americans. I can now combine my family ancestry using surnames along with the DNA connection that appeared in my report.
