Donald Yates Keynote Speaker at Sandy, Utah History Conference

DNA Consultants principal investigator and Cherokee historian Donald Panther-Yates will give the keynote address at the Ancient American History Conference, Friday, March 31, in Sandy, Utah. Sponsored by Ancient American Magazine and LDS Travel, this is the second in a series begun last year, when Yates spoke on Middle Eastern DNA and Greek inscriptions among the Cherokee. His topic this year is “Syncretism, Not Animism:  Evidence for Middle Eastern Roots of Native American Religions” and promises to be an intriguing slideshow focusing on Moundbuilder sites and artifacts.
