Follow these easy steps to order your DNA test. . .
1. Locate the DNA Test you wish to order in the DNA TESTS section and click on the "read more" link. At the bottom of the page, click the Buy Now button. Your selection will be added to your shopping cart on our secure server. Just follow the prompts to complete your order.
2. Following approval of your charge, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from DNA Testing Systems Merchant. You need not reply to this.
3. Immediately upon receiving payment for your order, we ship you a sample collection kit with a by 2-day Priority Mail from our laboratory, Sorenson Genomics in Salt Lake City. Look for an envelop marked from DNA Testing Systems, 7459 E. Pleasant Run, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 (from DNAPrint, 1621 W. University Pkwy., Sarasota, FL, if you ordered a DNAPrint). If you do not receive within 3 days, call us for tracking.
4. When you receive the sample collection kit, follow the instructions, sign the release form, and mail your sample back to the laboratory in the envelop provided.
5. Processing of your sample at the laboratory takes between three and eight weeks, depending on the test(s) you ordered (as much as 10 weeks for EuroDNA 2.0). Please be patient throughout this wait and be assured the laboratory will process your DNA as expeditiously as possible.
6. Your test results are released to us the day they are completed at the laboratory. We then prepare a detailed report and e-mail that to you, usually within a week of receiving your raw scores. A is sent to you also at this time. DNAPrint orders are fulfilled with a hard copy through the mail, plus a separate evaluation letter sent to you by email.
7. You may check on the status of your order at any time by e-mailing us at discover@dnaconsultants.com. Once your sample collection kit is sent to you, you will usually have the ability to track it by tracking number through USPS Priority Mail.
8. Once you receive your report and certificate, these documents and the information they contain are YOURS! You may share them with others, publish them on a Web page, enter the scores in a public database or print them in a family history book. DNA Ancestry Reports make great gifts for relatives.
