DNA Wizard 3
Females do not have a Y chromosome from their father. You can only test your mother's line--unless you have a male relative to take the test for you. Suitable male relatives include: your father, brother, an uncle, nephew, or cousin. They must be male-linked, and they usually bear the same surname as your father.
-- I do not have a suitable male relative. Please show me female tests ONLY.
--I have a male relative but am only interested in female tests.
--I have a suitable male relative who is available. Please show me both male and female tests.
(Regardless, you can always take an Autosomal Test.)
